You will motivate and coach staff, drive sales through the company selling model, and support onboarding of new associates while aligning with brand guidelines and store priorities.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, holidays.
