Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead to create an engaging environment for associates and customers. You will partner with the Store Manager to execute daily action plans and help ensure operations run smoothly, while the store presents a polished appearance.

You will leverage your knowledge of fashion and customer service to train and motivate the team, and you may step into the Manager role as needed to support leadership priorities and brand standards.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years retail experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Proficient with technology and store systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support shopping experiences.
• Share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the selling model.
• Assist store leaders with daily operational action plans.
