Job summary

Lane Bryant is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with the Store Manager to create an engaging customer environment and drive daily action plans. You’ll lead by example, mentor associates, and ensure operations run smoothly while maintaining the store’s appearance and brand standards.

This role emphasizes customer engagement, product knowledge, and team development, with flexible scheduling including evenings and weekends.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years of retail experience required.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Passion for styling and love of working with people.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to read, write and communicate in English.
• Proficient with technology and operating store systems.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage with them to understand their needs and support shopping experiences.
• Share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers.
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the selling model.
• Support store leadership with onboarding new associates when needed.
• Maintain brand guidelines and store operations to ensure a great customer experience.
