Qualifications

• 1-3 years retail experience

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and engage to understand their needs and support shopping experiences
• Share product knowledge to outfit and inspire customers
• Empower teams to exceed customer expectations through the selling model
• Help store leaders execute daily operational action plans
• Motivate and coach associates to recognize and improve performance
