Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Minnetonka, MN to partner with store leadership, supervise the team, and model brand standards that create a welcoming, customer-centered environment. You will drive room for growth by coaching staff, delivering personalized service, and maintaining operational excellence on the sales floor.

As a Sales Lead, you will guide daily store operations, communicate brand priorities, oversee scheduling and inventory, and ensure adherence to store policies.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist store leadership with general store operations.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and in omni-channel efforts.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with goals.
