Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead for its Minnetonka location. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

You will guide daily operations, coach staff, and ensure exceptional in-store experiences. Ideal candidates have 2 years of retail management experience, strong communication skills, and the ability to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products, lift up to 50 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Know current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive team culture.
