Job summary

LOFT is hiring a Sales Lead at Store 1340-Woodbury Plaza-ANN-Plainview, NY. You will model personalized customer experiences and guide associates, working closely with the Store Manager to step in as manager when needed.

Responsibilities include onboarding and developing a highly engaged team, upholding visual and operational standards, and driving a customer-focused, profitable store environment with omnichannel support.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with a point-of-sale system and technology.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching team members.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Support and role model excellent customer experiences.
• Collaborate with Store Manager and act as manager when needed.
• Onboard and develop an engaged store team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards and drive profitability.
• Provide feedback and coaching to associates to improve customer interactions.
• Use available tools to stay informed on priorities and promotions.
