LOFT Outlet in Morgantown, WV is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model outstanding customer experiences while guiding a strong associate team. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to learn store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

Responsibilities include onboarding, coaching, and maintaining high visual and operational standards, with a focus on a seamless omnichannel experience and delivering results through the team.

Qualifications

• Minimum customer-facing sales experience preferred.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to coach and develop others to hit store goals.
