Job summary

Purple Mattress is seeking a part-time Sales Lead to drive personal sales, hit performance goals, and deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Costa Mesa stores. You’ll coach teammates, grow selling skills, and embody Purple's values while meeting metrics and serving customers.

You’ll work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends, learn product knowledge quickly, and help maintain store standards and operations while contributing to a positive team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum of high school diploma or equivalent.
• 2+ years of experience in a retail environment.
• Excellent interpersonal communication capabilities.
• Customer service-oriented attitude.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time effectively.
• Willingness to learn and tackle new challenges.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and KPIs by implementing strategic sales tactics.
