Job summary

Purple Innovation, LLC is seeking a Sales Lead to drive showroom sales by assisting customers and delivering an outstanding buying experience. You will open/close the showroom and help teammates reach ambitious goals with energy and integrity.

Requirements include a high school diploma and 2+ years in retail, excellent interpersonal skills, and familiarity with POS systems. Weekend, night, and holiday hours may apply; bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• 2+ years of experience in retail.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Customer service–oriented attitude.
• Ability to stay organized and manage time.
• Basic math skills.
• Familiarity with POS systems and inventory procedures a plus.
• Bilingual in English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon entrance
• Check on purchase orders for customers
• Assess customer needs and answer questions
• Provide product recommendations based on Purple products
• Ensure merchandise is in-stock and presented well
• Use POS to conduct transactions
• Process merchandise returns
• Assist in inventory procedures
• Cross-sell and upsell products
• Build lasting relationships with customers
• Collaborate with co-workers to ensure satisfaction
• Educate customers on new arrivals and future stock
