You will help with operations, training, and inventory while upholding brand standards and a culture of hospitality.

The role requires at least 2 years of retail management experience, a willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share product knowledge.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Conduct cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Utilize an omni-channel approach to deliver personalized customer experiences.
