Job summary

White House | Black Market, Inc. is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders to supervise the team, set direction, and model hospitality. You will help deliver memorable, personalized customer experiences and uphold brand standards in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll guide daily operations, coach associates, manage scheduling, inventory, and promotions, and ensure strong customer and peer relationships while maintaining flexibility to cover nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Brand passion and fashion sense.
• 2+ years retail management experience (preferred).
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Ownership mindset with initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening/closing tasks.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Stay knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
