Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead in Paramus, NJ to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards. You’ll deliver welcoming, customer-centered experiences that reflect our hospitality culture and empower customers through personalized service.

You’ll drive store operations, coach teammates, and contribute to a positive team environment while meeting and exceeding sales goals. This role requires flexibility for nights, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and coach the team.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Provide coaching and scheduling support to maintain performance goals.
• Oversee cash handling, inventory, and replenishment tasks.
• Maintain knowledge of current promotions and store policies.
