Job summary

VF Corporation is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership, coach associates, and drive an outstanding customer experience in a fast-paced retail setting. You will work with the Store Manager to maximize profitability, ensure visual standards, and promote an inclusive team culture.

The role requires 1+ years of retail leadership, strong communication, and ability to train and motivate staff. This is a part-time/temporary position with incentive potential and basic benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail or store leadership experience in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong verbal and written communication to influence across all levels.
• Comfortable with basic office tools and retail software.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Monitor progress against KPIs to achieve sales goals and individual targets.
• Model selling behaviors and foster a consumer-centric mindset.
• Coach and develop associates to improve customer engagement and productivity.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing, floor coverage, and task delegation.
• Support stockroom operations and ensure timely product flow to the sales floor.
• Assist in training and onboarding new team members with ongoing feedback.
