Job summary

VF Outdoor is seeking a Sales Lead to support the store leadership team by ensuring top customer engagement and sales results. You will model the voice of the brand, coach associates, and foster an environment where individuality and authenticity are celebrated.

The role emphasizes driving store performance, coaching teams, and maintaining high standards of customer service in a dynamic retail setting.

Qualifications

1 year of related retail experience is preferred but not required.
A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; but hands-on experience and demonstrated achievements are valued most.

Responsibilities

Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring sales progress against targets.
Foster a consumer centric mindset and inclusive store environment while modeling selling behaviors.
Provide feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager.
Interact with consumers within the store, providing high level customer service.
Provide actionable feedback to store associates and adhere to policies and procedures.
