Job summary

Vans, a VF Corporation brand, seeks a Sales Lead to fuel store leadership and deliver exceptional customer experiences that drive sales and reflect the Vans voice.

You will coach associates, support daily operations, and foster an inclusive, authentic environment. A 1 year retail background is preferred; a High School Diploma or equivalent is favored. This is a part-time role with opportunities for incentive-based rewards.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Hands-on experience valued over formal education.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high level personalized customer engagement.
• Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring sales progress & results against key targets.
• Foster a consumer-centric mindset and an inclusive store environment, while modeling selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers.
• Assist in providing direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager.
• Regularly interact with consumers within the store, providing a high level of customer service.
