Job summary

VF Corporation, in collaboration with Altra, is seeking a Sales Lead to drive exceptional customer experiences and lead a high-performing team in a fast-paced retail environment. You will coach associates, manage daily operations, and ensure merchandising excellence while supporting profitability and store standards.

The role requires 1+ years in retail leadership, strong communication, and the ability to foster an inclusive, customer-first store culture with the Store Manager and Assistant

Qualifications

• Foundational retail leadership experience; 1+ years in retail or store leadership.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Strong communication and coaching abilities.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Support store leadership in achieving sales goals and KPI targets.
• Model selling behaviors and mentor associates to meet productivity goals.
• Supervise daily store operations including opening/closing procedures and floor coverage.
• Assist in training new team members and provide ongoing feedback.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and timely product replenishment.
• Support inventory integrity and loss prevention practices.
• Promote community engagement through local initiatives and events.
