Caleres, home to Famous Footwear, is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver the best shoe store experience in Bethlehem, PA. You will drive sales, coach teammates, and create a welcoming environment that makes every customer feel the Famous Feeling.

You’ll own store operations, open/close shifts, and partner with teams to maintain pricing, inventory, and merchandising. A strong focus on customer connection and team mentorship is essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Proficient in general retail practices and procedures.
• Retail store management experience preferred.
• Ability to mentor and train associates on selling and operations.
• Flexible schedule including holidays, nights, weekends.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales with purpose and accountability to meet goals.
