Soma is hiring a Sales Lead at Store 5336-Providence Marketplace-Soma-Mt Juliet, TN 37122. You will supervise the team, model excellent customer service, and support leadership duties to create memorable, personalized experiences aligned with our hospitality culture.

Responsibilities include coaching, product knowledge sharing, omni-channel engagement, and daily store operations. 18+ with 2 years retail management preferred; flexible scheduling including nights/weekends/holidays required.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Team player with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to meet performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and effective scheduling.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive, collaborative work environment.
