You will support operations, share brand priorities, and coach team members while maintaining brand standards across the store floor and stockroom. This role requires flexibility and a passion for fashion and service.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.
• Flexible availability: nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations (opening/closing).
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive work environment.
