Job summary

LOFT in The Woodlands, TX is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences and guide a team of associates. You will work with the Store Manager to onboard and develop a highly engaged team while upholding brand standards and store operations.

The role requires 6+ months of retail sales experience (management preferred), strong communication and coaching skills, and flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technically proficient and able to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others to improve performance.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends and holidays.
• Proactive, with ability to organize, delegate, and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guidance to associates.
• Collaborate with Store Manager to onboard and develop a highly engaged team.
• Build an inclusive environment while maintaining brand standards.
• Utilize tools to support omnichannel shopping and store operations.
• Step into manager role when needed and coach for performance.
