Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leadership and guide the team in delivering exceptional customer experiences at Store 5284, Shoppes at Grand Prairie, Peoria, IL. You will model the Soma culture, coach staff, manage operations, and drive sales through strong product knowledge and an omni-channel approach.

You will oversee cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, while promoting brand standards and a welcoming, customer-focused environment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and with product knowledge.
• Coach and encourage the team to meet performance goals.
• Execute cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and merchandise replenishment.
• Support scheduling and provide insights to leadership.
