Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead at The Shoppes at Brinton Lake in Glen Mills, PA. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, model excellent service, and support leadership duties as needed.

You will coach staff, manage operations like cash handling and scheduling, and use an omni-channel approach to deliver memorable, personalized experiences that reflect Soma's hospitality-centered culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide coaching to team members.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Conduct scheduling, cash handling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Support omni-channel selling and knowledge of current promotions and policies.
