KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead for a LOFT store location in Metairie. You will model exceptional customer experiences, support associates, and partner with the Store Manager to ensure smooth store operations and branding execution.

The role supports an engaging team environment with a focus on coaching, approving actions, and maintaining high standards in service, visuals, and omnichannel commerce. Availability includes evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Competenze

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and able to operate a POS system.

Mansioni

• Deliver personalized customer experiences and guide associates.
• Collaborate with the Store Manager and step in as manager when needed.
• Uphold brand standards and ensure a seamless omnichannel experience.
