Job summary

LOFT is seeking a Sales Lead in Slidell, LA to support and role model exceptional customer experiences. You will collaborate with the Store Manager to become an expert on store functions and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

Responsibilities include coaching associates, onboarding new team members, maintaining visual standards, and driving a customer-focused, omnichannel shopping experience using available tools. Prior retail leadership is welcomed.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Management experience (preferred).
• Ability to operate a point-of-sale system.

Responsibilities

• Be a representative of the brand and deliver personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards with a customer focus.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Step in as manager when needed.
