Job summary

LOFT in Birch Run, MI is seeking a Sales Lead to support and role model outstanding customer experiences while guiding and coaching team members. You will partner with the Store Manager to master store operations and be ready to step in as manager when needed.

The role emphasizes delivering personalized service, enabling a highly engaged team, and maintaining high visuals and standards. Flexible evenings/weekends are required.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Management experience preferred.
• Technology proficient with ability to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative and makes thoughtful decisions.
• Able to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

• Be a representative of the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment where everyone feels welcome.
• Uphold visual and operational standards with a customer focus.

• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
• Build relationships by sharing ideas and supporting the team.

• Step into the role of manager when needed.
