Job summary

KnitWell Group is seeking a Sales Lead at WHBM in Livonia, MI to partner with store leadership, guide the team, and deliver a welcoming, customer-centric experience. You will model service standards, coach staff, and help manage daily operations on the sales floor and back stock areas.

The role requires strong communication, 2 years of retail management experience preferred, and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Join a brand that values teamwork and empowerment.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
