KnitWell Group’s Soma brand is hiring a Sales Lead at Store 5080-South Park Mall-Soma-Charlotte, NC. You will supervise the team, uphold brand standards, and foster a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our hospitality culture.

In this role you’ll support leadership with operations, coach team members, and help achieve sales goals while delivering personalized experiences for customers.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and using an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
