KnitWell Group's Soma Plano store is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with leadership, supervise the team, and uphold brand standards, creating a welcoming, customer-centered environment that reflects our culture of hospitality.

In this role you will support opening/closing, share brand priorities, coach staff, manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment, and drive performance through teamwork and excellent communication.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with a high level of ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general operations, including opening and closing.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, coaching and guiding staff.
• Manage scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Maintain knowledge of promotions and store policies.
• Support development of associates and foster teamwork.
