Job summary

Soma is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 5034-Park West Village-Soma-Morrisville, NC 27560. You will partner with store leaders to supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities to uphold brand standards and a hospitality-driven environment.

You will coach the team, share product knowledge, manage operations such as cash handling and scheduling, and contribute to a positive work culture.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch, operate the register, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to meet performance goals.
• Execute operations activities: cash handling, scheduling, inventory, replenishment.
• Share ideas with store leadership to improve performance and culture.
