As a role model, you will provide clear direction, coach staff, and support with operations like opening/closing, inventory, and scheduling while driving sales goals and excellent customer experiences.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of retail management experience.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with opening/closing tasks.
• Share brand priorities with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and provide product knowledge.
• Coach and motivate team to meet performance goals.
• Handle scheduling, cash handling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Support with scheduling and staffing when needed.
