Job summary

KnitWell Group, owner of Soma, is seeking a Sales Lead for Store 5529-Cornerstone Marketplace-Soma-Hot Springs, AR. You will supervise the team, lead by example, and support leadership responsibilities to create memorable, customer-centered experiences reflecting our hospitality culture.

You will guide operations, coach staff, and ensure brand standards while fostering a positive, collaborative environment. This role is Regular/Part Time and requires flexible availability.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• A team player mindset with ownership and initiative.
• Flexible availability — nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, stretch for products and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Lead by example on the sales floor and share brand priorities with store teams.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment through teamwork.
