You will coach staff, drive sales, and manage daily operations in a part‑time role at Store 5476-Kenwood Towne Centre-Soma, with typical hours including nights and weekends.

Qualifications

• 2 years of retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Flexible availability — including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to bend, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist the store leadership team with general store operations, including opening/closing.
• Lead by example on the sales floor with product knowledge and omni‑channel messaging.
• Provide coaching to keep the team aligned with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development and assist with scheduling as needed.
• Share ideas with the store leadership team and contribute to a positive work environment.
