Deckers Brands is seeking a Sales Lead to act as the Manager on Duty, driving sales targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences in our store. You will open and close the store, motivate the team, and ensure accurate cash handling and merchandised stock levels.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the HOKA and Deckers Brands Vision, Mission, and Values to your team members and customers.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty during your shift and drive key hourly business targets (sales, conversion, ATV, customer capture, NPS).
• Open and close the store and partner with store management to provide the best possible customer experience.
• Create personalized shopping experiences and stay current on all products and brand messaging.
