Deckers Brands is seeking a Sales Lead to deliver exceptional customer experiences in our Paramus store. You’ll manage inquiries, greet customers, and highlight our sustainability commitments while driving sales.

You’ll lead by example, train teammates, and promote the brand through accurate product knowledge and a positive store presence. This role emphasizes teamwork, service excellence, and adherence to policies.

Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to your team members and customers
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter
• Excellent team building skills
• Ability to multi-task in a face-paced environment

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences that drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Explain and enforce the return policy to customers.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and merchandised.
• Maintain a clean, organized back-stock area and break area.
• Promote the store and brand image in interactions with customers and team members.
