Qualifications

• Two (2) years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Excellent team building skills.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store.
• Answer customer questions and explain return policy clearly.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately.
• Check inventory daily and ensure products are stocked and presented.
• Maintain back-stock and break areas; uphold Visual Merchandising standards.
• Promote a positive work environment and recognize outstanding performance.
