Qualifications

• Two years of retail store experience preferred.
• High School Diploma required.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills and ability to convey Deckers Brands Vision and Mission to customers and team.
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Create personalized shopping experiences to drive brand loyalty.
• Greet customers promptly and courteously as they enter the store and address questions.
• Operate the cash register and handle money accurately; check inventory daily.
• Merchandise products per Visual Merchandising standards and maintain back-stock area.
• Promote the store and brand image in all interactions and maintain a positive work environment.
