You will greet customers, lead by example, coach associates, and ensure accurate transactions and inventory knowledge to deliver a seamless shopping experience.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers.
• Must bend, reach, stretch for product and lift at least 40 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability to achieve store objectives and metrics.
• Create memorable store experiences through team and customer relationships; support outreach and events.
• Greet, engage, and assist customers with personalized service.
• Process transactions accurately and handle customer inquiries/provide professional service.
• Enhance selling behaviors and metric performance through daily goals and coaching new associates.
• Support omnichannel experience by communicating inventory, assortment, and product features.
• Maintain knowledge of policies, promotions, and store events; keep team informed.
• Foster associate engagement and positive store culture; recognize achievements.
• Maintain visually appealing selling areas and merchandise presentation; manage stock replenishment.
• Lead store fulfillment and asset protection in designated areas; follow safety and security protocols.
