Job summary

LOFT at KnitWell Group in Dublin, OH, is seeking a Sales Lead to model exceptional customer experiences in a Regular/Part time role. Pay ranges from $12.10 to $15.00 hourly USD, with benefits including a 401(k), merchandise discounts, professional development, and community impact partnerships.

The Sales Lead will support and guide associates, collaborate with the Store Manager on store operations, and step in as manager when needed while maintaining high standards and a guest-focused

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Technology proficient and ability to operate a POS system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching.
• Flexible availability – including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in making thoughtful decisions.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to stay on top of deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Represents the brand by delivering personalized customer experiences and coaching associates.
• Collaborates with the Store Manager to ensure store functions run smoothly and you can step in as manager when needed.
• Upholds highest visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Uses tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable business.
• Provides timely feedback and coaching to help associates perform at their best.
• Builds productive relationships and contributes ideas to support the team.
