Qualifications

• Retail sales experience, preferably 6 months.
• Management experience preferred.
• Proficient with point-of-sale systems.
• Strong communication and coaching skills.
• Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Represent the brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and development of the team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide feedback and coaching to associates to improve performance.
• Support omnichannel shopping and merchandise presentation.
