Job summary

LOFT in Destin, FL is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with the Store Manager to deliver outstanding customer experiences and guide associates. You will model service, assist with onboarding, and help manage daily store operations.

You’ll contribute to a welcoming, high-performing team, uphold brand standards, and leverage technology to help customers shop seamlessly across channels. Previous retail leadership experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• 6 months of retail sales experience (preferred).
• Management experience (preferred).
• Proficient with technology and able to operate a point-of-sale system.
• Enjoys communicating and coaching others.
• Flexible availability – evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Takes initiative in decision making.
• Ability to organize, delegate, and prioritize assignments to meet deadlines.

• Be a brand representative and model personalized customer experience behaviors.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing a highly engaged team.
• Support an inclusive store environment for associates and customers.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Use tools to drive a customer-focused team and profitable store performance.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to maximize customer interactions.
• Build productive relationships and share ideas with the team.
• Support omnichannel shopping through available tools and systems.
• Seamlessly step into a manager role when needed.
