Job summary

Chico’s FAS, Inc. in Spokane, WA is seeking a Sales Lead to partner with store leaders, supervise the team, and model exceptional hospitality. You’ll guide daily operations and coach staff to deliver personalized experiences that reflect our brand.

The role requires at least 18 years old, with 2 years of retail management preferred and flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays. Pay ranges from $18.13 to $22.65 per hour, plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Ability to develop strong customer and peer relationships.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Able to operate the register and lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist store leadership with general store operations, including opening and closing responsibilities.
• Actively share brand priorities, initiatives, and messages with store teams.
• Lead by example on the sales floor, sharing product knowledge and utilizing an omni-channel approach.
• Provide coaching and encouragement to keep the team on track with performance goals.
• Execute operations activities, including cash handling, scheduling, inventory management, and merchandise replenishment.
• Be knowledgeable about current sales, promotions, and store policies.
• Support associate development, provide coaching feedback, and assist with scheduling, when needed.
• Share ideas and insights with the store leadership team.
• Contribute to a positive work environment by embracing teamwork with peers and leaders.
