Chico's in Redmond, WA is looking for a Sales Lead who partners with store leadership to supervise the team and model our welcoming, customer-centered service. You will help shape a positive culture and drive brand standards on the sales floor.

You will open/close the store, coach staff, handle cash, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment, and communicate brand priorities. Strong communication and ownership are essential.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail management experience preferred.
• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.

Responsabilités

• Assist store leadership with opening and closing responsibilities.
• Provide coaching and feedback to the team to meet performance goals.
• Manage cash handling, scheduling, inventory, and replenishment.
• Share brand priorities and messages with store teams.
• Maintain a welcoming, customer-centered environment and memorable experiences.
• Support associate development and scheduling when needed.
• Share ideas with store leadership and contribute to a positive work environment.
