Job summary

LOFT in Newnan, GA is seeking a Sales Lead to mentor teammates and deliver personalized customer experiences. You will partner with the Store Manager to model best-in-class service, guide associates, and ensure the store runs smoothly.

This role requires strong communication, willingness to coach others, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays. Prior retail sales or supervisory experience is preferred, along with comfort using a point-of-sale system and embracing LOFT’s brand

Qualifications

• 6+ months of retail sales experience preferred.
• Experience supervising or mentoring associates.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent the LOFT brand and model personalized customer experiences.
• Assist store leaders with onboarding and developing an effective team.
• Uphold visual and operational standards while focusing on the customer.
• Provide in-the-moment feedback and coaching to associates.
