HOKA is seeking a Sales Lead to act as Manager on Duty, driving store performance and delivering exceptional customer experiences. You will open/close the store, partner with management, and coach the team to meet sales and service targets.

Qualifications

• 2 years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey brand vision to customers and team.
• Highly motivated team player and self-starter.
• Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the Manager on Duty during your shift and drive hourly targets (sales, conversion, ATV, NPS).
• Open and close the store and partner with management to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
• Provide expert product knowledge and deliver personalized shopping experiences.
• Coach and recognize team members, maintain store standards, and support events and local outreach.
