Job summary

HOKA, part of Deckers Brands, is seeking a Sales Lead for a store location in Los Angeles. You will serve as Manager on Duty, set and drive sales targets, and motivate the team to deliver outstanding customer experiences while representing the HOKA brand.

You will educate customers about products, stay current on product technology, operate the cash register, manage inventory, open/close the store, and maintain a clean, organized space.

Qualifications

• Two years retail experience preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to convey the Deckers and HOKA Brand Vision.
• Motivated team player and self-starter.
• Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Open and close the store and drive daily sales targets.
• Provide outstanding customer service and educate customers about products.
• Maintain product knowledge and respond to questions accurately.
• Operate cash register and handle money accurately; manage inventory daily.
• Keep back-stock organized and support store administration and events.
