Job summary

Vans is seeking a Sales Lead to support store leadership in delivering exceptional customer engagement and achieving sales goals. You will model the Vans voice, coach associates, and foster an authentic, inclusive store culture that celebrates individuality.

This role offers growth opportunities and a chance to help shape tomorrow’s leaders within our brand. The position requires a high school diploma or equivalent, 1 year of retail experience preferred, and comfort with retail software tools.

Qualifications

1 year of related retail experience preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ability to stand and move throughout the store for extended periods
Customer-focused mindset with ability to drive sales and service
Comfortable using word processing, spreadsheets, and retail software tools

Responsibilities

Deliver high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions
Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring progress against targets
Foster an inclusive store environment and model selling behaviors
Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of associates
Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of a manager
