Job summary

Vans is seeking a Sales Lead to join our team and help deliver the highest level of customer engagement, drive sales results, and model the voice of our brand. You will support store leadership, coach associates, and ensure the store reflects Vans’ authentic culture.

In this role you will foster an inclusive, consumer-centric environment, handle coaching and feedback, cover shifts when needed, and stay adaptable in a fast-paced retail setting.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; hands-on experience valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales and goals by monitoring progress against targets.
• Foster a consumer centric mindset and an inclusive store environment while modeling selling behaviors.
• Provide feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of a manager.
