Vans is seeking a Sales Lead to support the store leadership team and drive exceptional customer engagement and sales results. You will model the voice of the Vans brand, coach associates, and ensure a consumer-centric store environment where individuality and authenticity are celebrated.

The role emphasizes leadership development and hands-on coaching, with responsibilities including overseeing operations during manager absence and ensuring alignment with company directives.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; but hands-on experience and achievements are valued.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.
• Solution-oriented and flexible in a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales by monitoring progress against targets.
• Foster a consumer-centric store environment and coach associates.
• Provide direct feedback, coaching and supervision of the associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of a manager.
