The role leads daily interactions with customers, analyzes progress toward sales targets, and may cover breaks or openings. It requires at least 1 year in retail, a high school diploma, and a proactive, flexible approach.

Qualifications

• 1 year of related professional retail experience is preferred but not required.
• A High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred; but we value hands‑on experience and demonstrated achievements most.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to influence across all levels.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a high level of personalized customer engagement through genuine interactions.
• Assist in maximizing and achieving store sales by monitoring sales progress&results against key targets.
• Foster a consumer centric mindset and an inclusive store environment, while modeling selling behaviors through genuine interactions with consumers.
• Assist in providingdirectfeedback, coachingand supervision of the associates.
• Occasionally assume responsibility for the store in the absence of another manager.
